It's not a surprise that Tegoshi wants to kiss him. Nonetheless, Koyama is still surprised when Tegoshi kisses him.

Tegoshi's mouth is gentle but persistent and his hands on Koyama's shoulders are firm. As he leans up to reach Koyama, Tegoshi's back is drawn into an attractive arch; the slope of his back is perfect to rest Koyama's hand on.

Koyama is surprised, most of all, that he doesn't mind.
